Note: You need to start WinImage and then do a file/open on big images, for some reason it crashed for me when I just double clicked the image.

Ok, now shutdown bochs again and open up the image file for the hard disk you created for BOCHS in WINIMAGE. If it is 6.22 then you will get HIMEM running and be dropped at a prompt.
